St Patricks Techno Celebration 16-17th March 2007

The story: we left Cornwall at 12.30am with a full crew of 12 aboard - it would have been nice to have arrived without incident but unfortunately within 10miles of London central (7.30am) we realised that we had a police car following very close behind- they were possibly wondering what a Library bus was doing in London at that time of the day- so in less than a mile the blue lights came on and we were pulled over to the side of the road. For a moment it looked like they were going to request that we take everything out of the bus – 12 individuals one dog and just stacks of equipment not good.  However we agreed that that was a good idea and everyone just looked amenable- The Police Officer realising that the operation could become a nightmare decided wisely against the idea.  Phew the thought of dragging that lot out on Hammersmith bridge just bends the mind- we all being very tired as well.  Welcome to the big smoke!! But being good Celts we invited our new friends to the celebration - but sadly our kindly offer was declined!
